Inviting suppliers into your personal space can feel overwhelming. Whether you want to use your house or a marquee in the garden, we're experienced in managing parties at home, taking the stress away and allowing you to relax and enjoy the planning process.

We collaborate exclusively with highly qualified and trusted vendors, ensuring your home is treated with care and left just as it was, with minimal disruption to you.

OUR approach

We take the time to get to know you and what you want your guests to experience. We’ll ask lots of questions to understand your ideas including, guest numbers, party location, time of year, timings, entertainment preferences, catering options and drinks service. This allows us to turn your ideas into something unimaginable

01: Your brief

This is the most involved part of the process. At the planning stage, we work the details across the design, logistics and production. We’ll source high-quality suppliers matched to your style of party, taking the brief to the next level. Whilst you're involved as much as you’d like, you’re only needed for the key decisions. It’s our job to make everything as smooth and stress-free for you as possible.

02: The planning

03: The party!

As the big day approaches, we are there from the set-up to the takedown, from start to finish. We’ll oversee marquee builds, supplier deliveries, band sound checks and everything involved in the preparation. On the day of the party, we’re there to ensure the seamless running and management of everything. We’re the expert orchestrators, very much present, but without being obtrusive. When the dust settles, we’ll be there the next day to make sure everything is taken down and put back exactly as it was.
